Inspection Visit, December 2002


In December 2002, we traveled to St Croix to view the property that we were interested in buying. We stayed at a BnB called Villa Margarita, near Salt River. We spent most of the time involved with the purchase process in one way or the other. The place has been rental property since it was built so We had no illusions.




The 3 most important things in real estate are Location, Location! and Location!!

All in all, the place is in good physical condition. We plan to close on Jan 31, 2003.
